Meet Chef Young
Born in South Korea and raised in Guam, Chef Young refined his craft in Hawai‘i under the guidance of Chef Miki Yanagihara. His approach to omakase is rooted in simplicity, seasonality, and a deep respect for Japanese culinary tradition.
